In today’s fast-paced corporate world, the well-being of your people and the clarity of your team dynamics are key to long-term success. With over a decade of experience in HR across Europe and Australia - from entry-level to leadership roles - I’ve supported individuals and teams across local businesses and global corporations. I’ve worked with more than 300 stakeholders, navigating complexity with clarity and results.

I hold masters degrees in Human Resources, and Organisational Psychology. My work combines practical business insight with powerful methods like Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Neuroencoding tools, applied mindfulness, and a deep understanding of workplace behaviour.
